This story is about a boy named Stenley Yelnats who is falsely 
accused and convicted of a crime he did not commit.

The narrative essentially takes place at camp green lake which is a adolescent detention center. Camp Green Lake is a harsh place where each boy is forced to dig one 5 feet by 5 feet by 5 feet hole each day in the scorching heat.

Read this novel if you like thrilling adventure, twists and turns and loose ends being tied up.

On a scale of 1 to 5 most of us rated this book 4 and a half stars and many of us consider it the best book we've read all year.
