'Adrian this is to die for'

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of butter
1 small onion grated
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 packet of frozen spinach
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 carton of sour cream
1 packet of spring onion soup

1 cob loaf
1 french bread stick

Method:

1. Melt butter then lightly fry the garlic & onion
2. Add spinach to the pan and stir until warm
3. Turn off the heat and allow mixture to cool
4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Ideally, make the dip the day before required and store in refrigerator.

5. Cut the centre out of the bread cob. Keep & cut into bite sized pieces.
6. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out cob loaf and place in the oven for about 20 minutes on 150 degrees C (find C) or until warmed through.

rench stick into pieces aproximately 2cm thick & place next to cob loaf.
